To The Staff,

I thought I would drop you a note to say thank you. I have not been to a dentist in almost twelve years because of bad experiences. I had to come to you because of a toothache, and I was not looking forward to it. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Rachel and Amy put me completely at ease. They were pleasant, courteous, and professional. Dr Ross had a bed side manner that was as nice as any doctor I have been to.

Because of not seeing a dentist for so many years, I now have to go see a periodonist. When his work is done, I will be back to your office for my regular checkups and cleanings.

Thank you all for giving me a new calm about going to the dentist.

I also wanted to tell you how impressed I am with your practice and office. Your office is beautiful and everything is "State of the Art"! Nyssa does such a great job and everyone is so friendly. I would love to work in your office!

Thank you so much for your help! Funny how picking a new dentist can be so hard, Huh? I think it speaks well of you an your office when my kids refuse to go back to the dentist I brought them to in Mankato the first time. They NEVER complained of going to the dentist before! We will miss you and your staff and the extraordinary service we have received!

Dear Dr.. Ross & Jan,
I want to thank you for coming to my rescue on Saturday! I definitely went into a panic mode when my bridgework broke and loosing two teeth. Calling your emergency number and then receiving a returned call so quickly, sure put me back into a feeling better situation. The fact that you then came into the office and fixed me up that same afternoon, is so appreciated. Dr. Ross and Jan, you both were so nice and I just want to again thank you for your kindness and service. You are the best!!
